About Vinterior
Vinterior is the UK’s leading marketplace for premium pre-owned furniture, offering a sustainable alternative to brand-new.
Since 2016, we’ve built Europe’s largest collection of pre-loved pieces, spanning 25 styles and 100 categories, driving a circular economy for furniture. With 14,000 sellers and 400,000+ unique items, Vinterior is the #1 destination for preloved furniture and homeware in the UK.
Backed by top investors like Seedcamp, Venrex, Active Partners, and Channel 4 Ventures, we’ve raised £16 million to date. This funding will fuel our expansion as we aim to become Europe’s leading pre-owned furniture platform within three years.
Role overview:Vinterior is seeking a Junior Creative Content Producer to bridge the gap between our high-end brand aesthetic and high-performance digital growth.
Your mission is to take our premium assets - editorial shoots, You Tube home tours, and deep inventory data - and rapidly turn them into high-conversion creative for Paid Social, CRM, and our digital platforms. You will be at the forefront of using AI-augmented production to help a lean team produce high-end content content at scale.
Core responsibilities:1. Video Production & AI-Augmented Editing
- Transform raw long-form assets (You Tube home tours, designer interviews) into high-energy, "scroll-stopping" hooks for Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, and Paid Social.
- Feel confident using AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Hey Gen, or similar) to create motion content, GIF executions, and "living" product shots from static inventory images.
- Own the end-to-end "Growth" video workflow: from quick-and-dirty edits for testing to polished brand moments.
2. Visual Design & Creative Versioning
- Act as a "rapid response" designer: taking existing brand assets and iterating on them to create dozens of ad variations (testing different headlines, backgrounds, or product focuses).
- Ensure a cohesive visual journey between our high-intent marketing ads and our on-site landing pages ("Entry Hubs").
3. CRM & Digital Merchandising
- Build and format responsive email templates within our CRM (Customer.io) to support our shift toward editorial-led storytelling.
- Use AI image tools (e.g., Midjourney) to enhance product imagery or create lifestyle backdrops for web and email.
Ad hoc responsibilities:
- Support the Brand team with ad-hoc graphic design for partnerships, broadcast email or social
- Stay at the absolute cutting edge of AI creative tools, sharing new workflows that can increase team velocity.
- The Standard Toolkit: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro
, and Cap Cut
. - Technical Basics: Fundamental HTML/CSS knowledge (enough to troubleshoot an email template) and experience with CMS or CRM platforms.
- The AI Edge: Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g.
Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly
) to augment creative production. - Education/
Experience:
A portfolio that showcases a blend of traditional design/video foundations and modern, AI-integrated digital content.
- Hybrid Skillset
:
You are a digital native who is as comfortable in After Effects as you are writing prompts for generative AI. - Problem solver
:
You look at a single piece of editorial content and immediately see how to turn it into three Tik Toks and a Pinterest board. - Entrepreneurial spirit
:
You understand that in Growth, volume of testing often beats perfection, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Design Literate
:
You have an eye for interior design, typography, and a "clean" aesthetic. - Highly organised
:
You can juggle multiple projects, prioritising your work based on the team’s objectives and where you see the highest impact. - Collaborative

You work closely with both Brand and Growth teams to ensure aesthetic consistency and performance. - Mission-aligned
:
You believe in the importance of sustainability and the value of a circular economy.
