Forward‑thinking fashion retailer New Look is urgently searching for an experienced Print Designer to join its dynamic team. The role focuses on women’s and swimwear departments, elevating the brand’s aesthetic while reinforcing industry‑leading trends and sustainable design practices.

• Report directly to the Print and Colour Manager and operate with broad autonomy.
• Develop visionary approaches to trend, colour, print, and pattern, keeping New Look on the pulse of emerging styles.
• Push boundaries of trend newness and navigate seasonal updates for core ranges, delivering commercial and exciting offerings.
• Champion sustainable and ethical practices throughout the design life‑cycle, managing the critical path from concept to final strike‑off approvals.
• Ensure factory‑ready files and Pantone specifications adhere to the company’s rigorous responsible‑production standards.
• Translate influences from catwalks, cultural events, and street style into commercially viable products.
• Collaborate closely with product designers and buying teams, challenging current practices, proposing innovative solutions, and delivering speed to market.

• Exceptional design and painting skills, both digital and physical.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Proven track record within a major retailer or established supplier.
