Role Summary

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to support a leading fintech client in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset who are eager to build experience within the financial services industry.

The position involves handling customer interactions across multiple channels, ensuring queries are resolved efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with basic experience looking to start or grow their careers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues via calls, emails, and chat channels
  • Deliver high-quality customer service while adhering to process guidelines
  • Accurately record customer interactions and maintain records in internal systems
  • Work efficiently in a high-volume environment while meeting performance targets
  • Escalate complex queries to relevant teams when necessary
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy while dealing with customer concerns
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
Qualifications

  • Pay Rate: £13.27 per hour (PAYE+ Holiday)
  • Contract: 6-month contract with immediate start opportunities
  • Additional Pay: Double time and triple time applicable depending on hours worked (e.g., bank holidays)
