David Lloyd Clubs Ltd is seeking an Apprentice Membership Services Consultant to join their team in Hatfield. You will make high-volume outbound calls, assisting members who are leaving or have missed payments as part of efforts to reduce attrition. This role includes comprehensive training towards a Level 3 Customer Service Apprenticeship, enabling you to develop essential skills in customer insights and service delivery.
Working 35 hours a week, with shifts from Monday to Friday and one Saturday per month, this position creates an opportunity for significant growth within the thriving culture of David Lloyd Clubs.
