Travel Service Partner – Asda Travel Money

As a Travel Service Partner, you’ll be part of a friendly team in one of our Bureaux, supporting our customers with their travel money needs and delivering brilliant service every time.

What

the job involves
  • Welcoming customers, building relationships and delivering fantastic customer service.
  • Understanding what matters most to each customer and helping them with their travel money needs.
  • Putting your training into action and offering expert advice on our products and services, converting interest into sales.
  • Consistently working towards achieving and exceeding team sales targets.
  • Working in a fast‑paced environment, processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately so customers leave happy.
  • Working together as a team to drive performance, deliver excellence and celebrate success together.
  • Following company processes and paying close attention to detail to ensure everything stays on track.
