As a Travel Service Partner, you’ll be part of a friendly team in one of our Bureaux, supporting our customers with their travel money needs and delivering brilliant service every time.
Whatthe job involves
- Welcoming customers, building relationships and delivering fantastic customer service.
- Understanding what matters most to each customer and helping them with their travel money needs.
- Putting your training into action and offering expert advice on our products and services, converting interest into sales.
- Consistently working towards achieving and exceeding team sales targets.
- Working in a fast‑paced environment, processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately so customers leave happy.
- Working together as a team to drive performance, deliver excellence and celebrate success together.
- Following company processes and paying close attention to detail to ensure everything stays on track.
- A great communicator who has a passion for great customer service.
- Someone who actively listens to understand customer needs and creates a fantastic customer experience.
- A positive, can‑do attitude where no challenge is too big and a desire to make a difference each day.
