Location: Westcott Venture Park, between Aylesbury and Bicester

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and customer‑focused individual to join our team. This is an opportunity to make a real difference by helping customers resolve warranty and guarantee‑related matters through our established processes, ensuring they continue to enjoy their building for years to come.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and who enjoys problem‑solving.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Delivering a friendly, professional and responsive service to customers.
  • Managing customer enquiries relating to guarantees and warranty work.
  • Guiding customers through our established aftercare process and keeping them informed.
  • Working closely with internal departments and field‑based technicians to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Managing customer records and maintaining accurate information within company systems.
  • Coordinating appointments and preparing paperwork for on‑site technicians.
  • Handling calls, emails and customer correspondence.
  • Generating invoices and credit notes.
  • Conducting follow‑up calls after remedial visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A positive, solution‑focused approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Previous customer service, administration or coordination experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Location

We are based at Westcott Venture Park, conveniently located between Aylesbury and Bicester, just off the A41.

Due to our location, applicants must hold a full driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
