Aviva is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for Green Flag Rescue in the UK. You will be the first contact for customers about breakdown cover, renewals and policy changes, helping identify needs and recommending the right solutions to suit each situation.
You will deliver exceptional service, document accurate customer information across multiple systems, and work with teammates to meet quality and performance targets. This permanent, 37.5-hour role operates on a rotational schedule.
