We’ve recently launched Fleck (beta) and are building the next generation of design-first, AI-powered workflows.
Fleck is early-stage, fast-moving, and deeply product-driven. We believe the future of design will be shaped through community, collaboration, and AI-native thinking.
Role DescriptionWe’re opening a limited Community Design Partner Program for junior designers, students, and early-career product designers who want to gain real product exposure, learn modern design workflows, and grow inside an early-stage startup ecosystem.
This is not a traditional job, internship, or volunteer position.
It is a learning-first, community-driven partnership program.
Participants join Fleck as part of our early design community and gain exposure to how AI-native design platforms are built, tested, and refined.
What you'll ExperienceAs a Community Design Partner, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Learn how AI-native design platforms are built
- Gain exposure to early-stage product thinking and UX systems
- Share feedback and ideas based on your experience
- Participate in shaping the future direction of Fleck
- Participation is learning-focused and voluntary

Due to the early-stage nature of Fleck, we can only work closely with a limited number of partners at a time.
