Role Overview
Qualiteach is recruiting a SEN Learning Support Assistant for a full‑time, long‑term position in our Uxbridge SEN school.
Responsibilities- Support students on a 1:1 and small‑group basis.
- Assist with academic, social and emotional development.
- Collaborate with teachers and specialists to implement individualized learning plans.
- Experience supporting students with SEN, including ASD, ADHD and complex learning difficulties.
- Experience with PECS, Makaton or visual aids.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service and at least one academic year working in an SEN setting.
Our Uxbridge SEN school serves students aged 5‑19 and is committed to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment with a strong emphasis on personalised learning and development. Staff receive regular training and professional development.
