Academics Ltd are looking for a passionate and reliable Early Years Assistant to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Tewkesbury.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), supporting the development and progress of young learners. As an Early Years Assistant, you’ll help create a positive learning environment, assist with classroom activities, and build strong relationships with both pupils and staff.

Requirements of an Early Years Assistant:

* A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)

* An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one

* Enthusiasm, reliability, and a genuine passion for supporting children

* Good teamwork and communication skills

The successful Early Years Assistant will be instrumental in supporting both academic and emotional development, working closely with teachers to provide outstanding care and education.
