Do you have experience teaching Psychology in Further Education? We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Level 3 Psychology Lecturer to join our successful and growing department.
This role involves planning, developing, and delivering high-quality, engaging, and inclusive learning opportunities that inspire students and support them in achieving their academic goals. You will teach Psychology at Level 3, helping learners develop a strong understanding of key psychological theories, research methods, and contemporary issues within the subject.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to student success, enjoys contributing to curriculum development, and wants to play an active role within a vibrant Further Education environment.
The successful candidate will hold a qualification in Psychology or a related discipline and, alongside experience of delivering Psychology courses within Further Education. We are looking for someone who can inspire students to achieve their full potential while promoting a culture of academic excellence and inclusivity.
You will be responsible for creating a positive and supportive learning environment, monitoring student progress, preparing learners for assessments, and contributing to the continued success of the department.
