Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Risk Manager/Analyst

Role OverviewTo support the delivery of risk management activities, we are looking for a Senior Risk Analyst to join us. Working on a major infrastructure programme, you’ll join an integrated team spanning client, delivery partner, and PMO functions, ensuring a consistent and high‑quality approach to risk management.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with client, Delivery Partner, and PMO teams to coordinate risk management activities, including the systems, tools and templates across the programme.
- Collaborate with the risk Management Team and Project Control Managers to support risk management and reporting activities.
- Support the production of risk reports, metrics, and insights as part of the monthly reporting cycle.
- Assist in quantitative risk analysis, including cost and schedule risk modelling.
- Analyse risk data, including data quality, trends, and KPIs.
- Maintain and manage risk registers and associated documentation.
- Administer and coordinate risk systems, tools, and data.
- Support project teams in the regular update and continuous improvement of risk information.
- Ensure compliance with established risk management processes and governance.
- Facilitate risk workshops and meetings, producing clear and structured outputs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management practices across the programme.
- Experience with in a project controls environment, ideally on infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience working with client and delivery teams on complex programmes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present project data clearly.
- Experience using risk management tools, systems, and methodologies.
- Understanding of NEC contracts and infrastructure delivery environments (e.g., highways).
- Confident communicator, able to engage stakeholders and gather information effectively.
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to work within matrix and integrated team environments.
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines in fast‑paced delivery settings.
