About the role

The Department of Infrastructure's Housing Agency is looking for a proactive and innovative Tenancy Services Manager to lead tenancy and estate management services across the Government's portfolio of 1,274 public sector homes. You will manage a team of Housing and Administrative Officers, ensuring high‑quality housing services, driving continuous improvement, and handling tenancy and estate issues, reletting, and partnership working with vulnerable individuals.

The role offers the opportunity to influence strategic improvements, implement more effective systems and processes, and contribute to the overall performance of the Housing section.
