We're partnering with a lovely, well-established GP Practice in Maidstone that's seeking a confident and capable Medical Administrator to join their friendly team on a part-time or full-time, temp-to-permanent basis.

If you have a strong healthcare background and can confidently use EMIS, this could be the perfect role for you!

• Managing patient referrals
• Processing SARs, coding & summarising
• Booking and coordinating appointments
• Supporting QOF administration
• Handling incoming/outgoing post
• Scanning and uploading documents
• Updating and maintaining patient records
• Delivering excellent service over the phone and in person

• Previous experience as a Medical Administrator
• Strong working knowledge of EMIS (essential)
• NHS or healthcare sector background
• Ability to hit the ground running
• Professional telephone manner & excellent customer service skills
• Reliable, organised and proactive approach
