Band 3 Autism Outreach Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Band 3 Support Worker to join the Autism Outreach team on the beautiful Island of Guernsey, in the Channel Islands.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 qualification OR three years experience in a Learning Disabilities setting
• Right to work in the UK or Guernsey (no sponsorship needed)
• Full UK driving licence

The Outreach Service provides support to Service Users across the Island, mainly in private or Housing Association dwellings. Support is tailored to individual needs, promoting choice, independence, and community presence, in partnership with Service Users, their families, and a multidisciplinary team.

Salary and Benefits:

• Band 3 salary range: £29,348 to £34,356 plus an annual bonus of £1,605 and higher unsocial hours enhancements (evening, Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays)
• Annual leave: 36 to 42 days, with full NHS service credit
• Additional benefits include a relocation payment, on-site staff accommodation, private rental allowances, and a low 20% income tax rate.
