We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Care Worker to join our team in Shetland. The successful candidate will provide leadership and guidance to care staff, ensuring the delivery of person-centered care and the development of individualized care plans for the elderly.

• Plan and allocate tasks effectively among care staff.
• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure high-quality care.
• Deliver person-centered care and develop care plans.
• Support residents with personal care and daily activities.
• Administer medication in accordance with policy.

• Experienced care professional with SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
• Must have a Christian faith and be able to uphold a Christian ethos.
• Membership of the PVG Scheme and registration with the SSSC is required.
• Proven experience in elderly care and senior care worker roles.

• Membership of Perkbox for retail and leisure discounts.
• Health cash plan.

We are also seeking a Senior Night Care Worker for part-time night shifts, working 3 or 4 nights a week (28.5 hours per week). Night shifts are compensated at £181.55 per night.
