*** Regulatory Strategy is a dynamic department which proactively works with
** drug development and various functional lines
** to ensure Pfizer meets the requirements of Global Health Authorities.
* Working across all stages of the pharmaceutical product life cycle, Regulatory Strategists aim to secure regulatory approval in a compliant, creative, efficient and commercially viable manner by defining and executing
** asset-specific regulatory strategies.
*** The Regulatory Strategy department leads dialogue with
** Global Health Authorities
** on behalf of Pfizer.
* Regulatory Strategy engages with different business functions and regions, offering unique insight
** to research & development and commercial aspects
** of the pharmaceutical industry.
Global Regulatory Sciences supports a diverse portfolio of products spanning multiple therapeutic areas (Inflammation and Immunology, Internal medicine, Non-malignant haematology, Vaccines, Infectious Diseases and Global Brands). You will have the opportunity to develop and implement regulatory strategies for innovative medicinal products and to maintain Pfizer’s marketed products to the highest standards of quality, safety and efficacy, across different regions. Products can be at any stage in the pharmaceutical product life cycle (pre-approval or post-approval) and so you will have a unique overview of the company, seeing therapies from research stages, through clinical development and onto the market.
You will be a part of the day to day compilation of general regulatory project documents, clinical trial applications, regulatory dossiers and replies to regulatory questions received from health authorities. You will also contribute to global regulatory strategies and implementation plans, ensuring an aligned regional position is reached and agreed for assigned projects. You will monitor progress of regulatory plans whilst ensuring identified risks are addressed.
Moreover, you will take a proactive role in maintaining systems, processes and procedures relating to regulatory strategy.
