You will provide governance and leadership to ensure HCPC standards and work within a multi-agency setting to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
You will line-manage a multi-disciplinary team, implement HR policies, empower individuals, and drive continuous quality improvement to deliver high-value care across communities.
