Are you an experienced Payroll professional looking for your next challenge? Brightwork are supporting our highly respectedglobal manufacturing organisation as they continue to develop their payroll function. This is a rare opportunity to join a collaborative and friendly team, working in a hybrid capacity from their Cumbernauld site.
Responsibilities- Prepare and process monthly UK payrolls, ensuring accuracy, compliance and adherence to deadlines.
- Provide data, reconciliations and insight to support overseas payroll providers.
- Manage payroll adjustments including overtime, shift allowances and statutory deductions (PAYE, NI, pensions, etc.).
- Submit statutory filings such as RTI and support overseas statutory submissions via third-party providers.
- Produce detailed payroll reports for management, auditors and finance, ensuring all payroll accounts reconcile correctly.
- Act as the first point of contact for UK payroll queries, delivering excellent internal customer service.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance - domestically and internationally - to maintain accurate data and alignment across processes.
- Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
- Confident working with payroll systems and reconciling complex pay data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support colleagues at all levels.
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a proactive approach.
