Position: Recruitment Consultant (Trainee)

Are you searching for a role where you can have a career, do some good and create some change whilst working with some of the coolest FMCG brands in the UK?

Due to our growth plans we are looking to invest in an individual to work across both a Food and Drinks recruitment business and work very closely with one of our Founders, this is an opportunity to be developed into a full 360 recruitment consultant.

Salary and Benefits

SALARY and a bonus scheme

4 day working week on 100% pay

28 days annual leave including bank holidays

Hybrid working with 3 days per week in the office

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Proactively approaching new FMCG clients and building relationships
  • Speaking with hiring managers and candidates
  • Managing roles end to end
  • Creating and posting Linked In content at least 4 times per week with support from our Digital Marketing Manager
  • Sharing insights on the market, roles, clients and candidates
  • Building confidence, visibility and credibility over time
You

  • Are comfortable being proactive even when it feels uncomfortable at first
  • Want to build commercial skills and long term earning potential
  • Are open to being visible and sharing ideas publicly
  • Are organised and able to manage a busy, reactive workload

You don’t need recruitment, FMCG or sales experience. We hire for potential, not polish.
