Talent Manager, Recruiter

Due to our growth plans we are looking to invest in an individual to work across both a Food and Drinks recruitment business and work very closely with one of our Founders, this is an opportunity to be developed into a full 360 recruitment consultant.

Salary and BenefitsSALARY and a bonus scheme
4 day working week on 100% pay
28 days annual leave including bank holidays
Hybrid working with 3 days per week in the office

- Speaking with hiring managers and candidates
- Managing roles end to end
- Creating and posting Linked In content at least 4 times per week with support from our Digital Marketing Manager
- Sharing insights on the market, roles, clients and candidates
- Building confidence, visibility and credibility over time
This role will suit you if you:
- Enjoy starting conversations and building relationships
- Are comfortable being proactive even when it feels uncomfortable at first
- Want to build commercial skills and long term earning potential
- Are open to being visible and sharing ideas publicly
- Are organised and able to manage a busy, reactive workload
You don’t need recruitment, FMCG or sales experience. We hire for potential, not polish.
