Michael Page is seeking an HR Advisor based in Sheffield to support the HR function in the industrial/manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will ensure efficient HR service delivery while fostering a productive work environment. Responsibilities include supporting HR strategies, providing first-line HR support, and managing employee relations. The position requires a strong understanding of HR practices, experience in recruitment, and excellent organizational skills.
A CIPD qualification is desirable. Salary is £40k per annum, permanent role with a benefits package.
