We want you on our team if you have a passion for innovation in delivering service excellence with a background in Oracle Fusion Cloud Application implementation and support. UK SC is required; disclose it only when requested by Oracle Security Admin team.

As customers grow and mature with their operations, we act as enablers to enhance product adoption and user experience. We focus on continual service improvement and provide support for your day‑to‑day queries, extensions, enrichments, cloud journeys, release management activities and key business process KPIs.

• Deliver post‑sales support and solutions to Oracle customers, serving as an advocate for customer needs. Resolve post‑sales technical and functional issues directly with customers.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, facilitating relationships with Support, Product Management, XLOB and advising internal Oracle employees on complex situations and escalated issues.
• Offer strategic support to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. Build and use automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose, document and resolve customer issues. Provide on‑site visits when required.

• 3+ years experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM or 5+ years experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS PPM
• Eligibility for UK Government Security Clearance, British Nationality required.
• Minimum 5 years UK residency to meet UK Security Vetting (SC) requirements.
• Experience with applying and testing Oracle Updates.
• Strong experience in supporting, configuring and extending Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work with multiple teams to address client needs.
• Demonstrated self‑initiative and ability to work independently and unsupervised.
• Expertise in configuring and optimizing applications, including performance tuning techniques.

• Fusion SaaS (e.g. OIC, EPM, ERP, SCM, HCM, Payroll)
