AI Data Social Media / Conference Event Production Externship

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated candidate with interests in social media, email reverse inquiry lookup, database management, and event conference production for our 2020 externship program.

While this externship is not focused on AI Data programming, the summer 2020 experience offers bright and driven externs interested in technology an excellent opportunity to gain industry insight into venture capital, AI Data, and Fin Tech sectors, helping to strengthen their job prospects upon graduation.

If you’re a self-starter interested in AI Data industries, this is a great opportunity to build valuable connections.

Qualifications
Requirements & Essential

Skills:

- Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and basic internet search skills
- Python and web scraping language skills are a plus
- Ability to work effectively with staff to manage initiatives

- Experience with email/contact lookup via Google search
- CRM management experience with ACT! Database
- Website design skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to learn, work hard, and be self-motivated

Additional Responsibilities:
Based on skill set and interests, opportunities are plentiful. References will be provided upon completion of the externship.

Reporting Relationships:
The extern will report to a project manager or marketing coordinator.
