We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join an established, ambitious team based in Bristol. The company is growing steadily, with a clear focus and a collaborative working style. What you’ll be doing:

• Own and deliver digital strategy across PPC, SEO, paid social, and email
• Manage agency and freelancer relationships where needed
• Lead website optimisation and CRO activity
• Report on campaign performance and key growth metrics
• Collaborate with content, product, and commercial teams to align digital efforts

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing, including team or budget responsibility
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and SEO tools
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts
• Clear communicator, confident leading digital planning and reporting
