Meraki Talent is partnering with a leading global organisation to appoint a P2P Workstream Lead into a highly visible and impactful role. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Purchase-to-Pay professional to shape and deliver large-scale process improvements across an international business.

Sitting at the heart of a key project, you will take ownership of the end-to-end P2P workstream driving the design, standardisation, and implementation of best-in-class processes, systems, and controls across multiple regions.

The successful candidate will act as the global process lead for Purchase-to-Pay, defining the future operating model and ensuring its successful execution. Working closely with procurement, operational teams, and programme stakeholders, you will lead key initiatives that enhance efficiency, improve controls, and deliver measurable business value.

You will also play a key role in system rollouts, acting as the subject matter expert to ensure consistent, standardised processes are embedded across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and delivery of the global P2P target operating model in collaboration with procurement and key stakeholders
  • Define and implement standardised end-to-end P2P processes, controls, and ways of working
  • Own the P2P workstream roadmap, delivering initiatives that drive efficiency, scalability, and cost optimisation
  • Establish process taxonomy, KPIs, and performance frameworks across all operational sites
  • Act as the P2P subject matter expert on system rollouts, ensuring alignment to global standards
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets
  • Build and mobilise cross-functional teams, defining resource and investment requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and embed a culture of operational excellence
  • Lead change management and communication plans to support successful adoption across the business
Experience required:
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end P2P or Accounts Payable project in a complex, international environment
  • Strong understanding of global process design, standardisation, and governance
  • Experience working on large-scale system implementations (ERP exposure highly desirable)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
  • Commercially minded, with a focus on driving efficiency and measurable outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
