What You'll Be Doing

Installing and maintaining Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments; supporting Microsoft 365 applications, user accounts, and licensing; managing devices through Microsoft Intune and Azure Active Directory; providing on-site and remote technical support; travelling to customer sites for installations and maintenance; and logging all work accurately in ticketing systems.

A genuine passion for Microsoft technologies and eagerness to learn. Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Windows environments is essential. Familiarity with Intune, SharePoint, or Teams administration is a strong advantage. You'll need solid troubleshooting skills, a customer‑first mindset, the ability to manage your own workload, and a full, valid driving licence.
