You will serve as a credible voice at the intersection of design systems and the emerging AI toolchain. This hybrid role combines technical advocacy with partner marketing, where you will shape how teams document and scale systems using AI-driven workflows while managing strategic relationships with major SaaS and engineering tool partners.

• Influence the industry-standard platform used by global enterprises to bridge the gap between design documentation and production code.
• Work at the forefront of the AI shift, exploring how MCP integrations and generative design tools are redefining the design system ecosystem.
• Enjoy high autonomy in a remote-first culture of 50+ people that prioritizes craft, practitioner empathy, and the design systems community.

• Own the full partner lifecycle, identifying and executing co-marketing campaigns with emerging AI products and established SaaS integrations.
• Create high-impact technical content and represent the brand at global conferences to advocate for design system best practices.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams as a domain expert to translate practitioner needs into a market-leading product roadmap.

• Deep experience as a design systems practitioner with a technical understanding of token architecture and design-to-code workflows.
• A visible presence in the design community with a history of published work, public speaking, or active community leadership.
• Commercially minded and proactive, with the ability to manage partnership relationships end-to-end and tie advocacy work to business pipeline.
