TECEZE is seeking an EUC/Deskside Support Engineer for the EMEA region, based in Cumbernauld, UK. The role covers hands-on desktop support, ITSM processes, and infrastructure troubleshooting for end-user devices.
You will serve as a key point of contact for regional IT operations and ensure SLA adherence. Requirements include 3–4+ years in IT Service Management / EUC / Deskside Support, experience with SCCM/Ivanti/Intune, Windows OS, and remote support tools.
