You’ll advise a diverse client base of listed and unlisted companies, private equity funds and management teams
, working across matters that are rarely straightforward and always commercially driven.

Your experience will be stretched across:

• M&A and Private Equity
• Including buyouts, MBOs, MBIs and investments—acting for funds, equity providers, management teams and targets on complex, high-value transactions.
• Strategic Corporate Advisory
• From joint ventures and reorganisations to governance, shareholder relations and property-based investment structures.
• Cross-border Transactions
• Many of our deals are multi-jurisdictional, requiring strong project management, sound judgment and confident coordination with overseas counsel.

You won’t work in isolation. Our Corporate team collaborates closely with tax, IP, real estate, employment, banking and private client specialists
, delivering seamless advice to clients operating across the Scottish and wider UK economy.
