This is an opportunity to step into a visible, hands-on in-house legal role, working closely with senior stakeholders and supporting a busy legal team on a broad range of matters.
In addition to a competitive package, this role offers exposure to international work, autonomy, and a flexible working model (predominantly remote, with limited office attendance).
The RoleYou will join the business as an Interim Paralegal on an initial 6-month assignment, working closely with the EMEA General Counsel. There is scope for the role to be extended and/or become permanent.
The role is broad and varied, touching on commercial contracts, governance, compliance and legal operations. You will act as a key point of support for stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions, helping to keep legal processes running smoothly while contributing to wider EMEA-wide projects.
Key elements of the role include- Supporting the review and management of commercial contracts across the region
- Maintaining and improving contract processes
- Assisting with corporate governance and entity compliance requirements
- Supporting GDPR, regulatory and compliance initiatives
- Providing legal and administrative support on disputes and claims where required
- You will be an experienced Paralegal, ideally with prior in-house exposure
- Comfortable reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
- Some familiarity with GDPR, compliance or governance work would be beneficial
- Highly organised, proactive and confident managing your workload in a remote setting
