The OpportunityAre you an experienced Commercial / Property Litigation Solicitor looking to transition into a dynamic in-house legal environment?
Our client, a highly regarded business is seeking a skilled Litigation and Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their busy and growing legal team. This role offers exposure to complex, high-value commercial disputes, a supportive culture, and flexible hybrid working arrangements.
About the Role- Manage and resolve commercial & property disputes across the business.
- Provide clear, practical legal advice to internal stakeholders.
- Lead on high-value and complex cases, collaborating with external counsel when needed.
- Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and settlement agreements.
- Support proactive risk management and dispute prevention initiatives.
- Be a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 2-6 years’ PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution.
- Have trained or worked at a leading law firm or busy in-house legal department.
- Be capable of working autonomously and handling a varied caseload confidently.
- Possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrate a commercial outlook and a pragmatic approach to problem‑solving.
Applicants outside the stated PQE range will also be considered if they have the relevant experience and skills.
