Heavy Plant Fitter – Maintenance Expert Path

Laing O'Rourke is seeking a motivated individual for a construction equipment maintenance role starting in September 2026. We require someone with a robust maintenance background and knowledge of heavy machinery.

The ideal candidate will show enthusiasm for the construction industry, have problem-solving skills, and communicate effectively within a team. Successful individuals will have the chance to progress to supervisory or management roles over time.

This position requires eligibility to work in the UK and the ability to travel to various locations. GCSE qualifications or equivalent in Maths and English are necessary.
