Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

The UKI Area Vice President for CRM Solution Sales will lead all CRM-related sales motions and functions across the region. Reporting directly to the EMEA GVP CRM, this role is pivotal in driving CRM solution sales across UKI. This leader willbe responsible for driving CRM sales executionleveragingthe global playbook and key weekly metrics. The role demands a leader who can inspire teams, navigate a matrixed organisation spanning COE, marketing, technical and partner functions, and deliver predictably exceptional results.

Lead and manage all CRM solution sales across UKI

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets and growth objectives

Collaborate with the EMEA GVP CRMand GVP UKISales to align sales strategies and initiatives

Build andmaintainstrong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders across UKI

Provide leadership and guidance to the UKICRM sales and consulting teams, ensuring high performance and professional development

Monitor market trends and competitor activity across UKI toidentifyopportunities and challenges

Drive innovation and continuous improvement in CRM sales processes and methodologies

Represent UKIin regional

CRM sales forums and contribute to the overall CRM strategy

Manage your teams around achieving key KPI's of bookings to plan, pipeline creation, recruit to plan and talent development

Be a trusted mentor and leader who sets a high-bar, leading from the front

Establish and nurture relationships at the highest levels of organizations

Manage accurate forecasting and communications on a daily basis

  • Drive customer success practices across your area
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

Extensive experience in CRM solution sales, with a proven track recordof success across UKI market

Senior sales leadership experienceoperatingacross multiple countries and cultures within UKI

Experienceleveragingor critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse, geographically dispersed teams

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels across a matrixed global organisation

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective regional sales plans

Strong knowledge of UKImarket dynamics and the competitive CRM landscape

Results-oriented, with a consistent focus on achieving sales targets and driving growth

  • Strong experience managing multi-tiered customer relationships; demonstrated ability to coach and mentor
  • A strong track-record selling business applications in the, CRM, customer service, field service or supply chain domains
  • A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding team quotas selling to large accounts (20,000+ employees)
  • Experience attracting, retaining, and developing high performing, high potential talent through assessing, selecting, onboarding, coaching, and developing
  • A track record of managing a growing team in different geographical locations across the Europe
  • Superior knowledge and demonstrated skills of sales techniques, customer interaction, customers relations
  • Strong forecasting and reporting capabilities
