Assistant Manager

We are looking for a customer-focused Assistant Shop Manager who has the ability to motivate our loyal volunteers and work in partnership with the Shop Manager.

Fixed-Term Contract (15 Months)

Salary: £9,913.80 per annum
Hours: 15 hours per week (2 days). These hours will be delivered across an alternating two-week rota which will include alternate Saturdays.
Report to: Shop Manager
Location: Moreton-in-Marsh

The Assistant Shop Manager role is varied and will include promoting the shop in the local community, encouraging the local community to donate high quality goods to the shop, and working with a committed team of paid and unpaid staff to act as ambassadors for Katharine House Hospice within the Moreton area. Previous retail experience is essential.

This role is offered on a fixed term basis and will automatically end at the conclusion of the contract period unless extended by mutual agreement. This will be discussed further at the interview stage.
