Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to support our Client Account Manager.

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory or management experience.

• Leading your front-line team to make sure that the delivery of the contract is maintained to the highest standards and to the complete satisfaction of the client
• Provide regular reports and updates to the Client Account Manager
• Create, prepare and maintain the enforcement plan and to monitor the success of those on going daily.
• Manage staff performance in line with our company policies
• Ensure that staff comply with Health and Safety requirements in all aspects of their work

• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to mentor and motivate others
• First class customer service experience
• Ability to communicate well at all levels
• Self‑Motivated
• Customer Focused
• A love of working outdoors
• Ability to work shifts
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Strong Computer skills specifically in Excel
• Knowledge to the TMA 2004 or have worked in a parking enforcement environment would be an advantage.
• Able to work out of offers if required
