Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to support our Client Account Manager.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory or management experience.
The Role &Key Responsibilities
- Leading your front-line team to make sure that the delivery of the contract is maintained to the highest standards and to the complete satisfaction of the client
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Client Account Manager
- Create, prepare and maintain the enforcement plan and to monitor the success of those on going daily.
- Manage staff performance in line with our company policies
- Ensure that staff comply with Health and Safety requirements in all aspects of their work
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to mentor and motivate others
- First class customer service experience
- Ability to communicate well at all levels
- Self‑Motivated
- Customer Focused
- A love of working outdoors
- Ability to work shifts
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Strong Computer skills specifically in Excel
- Knowledge to the TMA 2004 or have worked in a parking enforcement environment would be an advantage.
- Able to work out of offers if required
