Action for Children in Stornoway is seeking a Registered Manager for Hillcrest House, a five-bed residential service. You will lead the team to deliver safe, nurturing care and ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate standards.
You will drive continuous service improvement, manage performance and budgets, and support staff development while working with Local Authority partners across the Outer Hebrides.
