Pebbles Care is looking for a Cluster Deputy Manager to join our dedicated team. The cluster deputy manager will support the registered manager and the existing team, ensuring that our young people receive the best quality care.

Your role and responsibilities as Cluster Deputy Manager- This role is ideally suited to someone with two years of experience in children's residential care who is ready to enhance their leadership skills within a progressive and collaborative environment.
- Your role as a Cluster Deputy Manager will be to support the Registered Manager in one home initially to cover a period of maternity leave, then the role will evolve into a cluster role.
- Supporting the Registered Manager in organising and leading a team of Residential Support Workers. You will lead the team as their role model, planning shifts, and working as part of the rota.
- You will work with your team to promote the principles of therapeutic parenting as a way of caring for children and young people.
- You will offer continual support, share knowledge, and supervise team members to ensure they can fulfil their daily duties.
- You will promote learning and development opportunities, ensuring the team is motivated to continually strive for improvement and best practices.
- You will perform an essential and valuable role supporting the Registered Manager in training, health and safety, safer recruitment, HR, and administrative duties.
- You will build long-lasting relationships with your team, develop positive relationships with families and communities, and liaise with multi-agency partners to ensure the continual welfare and development of our children and young people.
- A salary of £ 39,002.57per annum.
- Your full-time role operates on a rota pattern of one day on (24hours including sleepover) and twodays off.
- Your average working hours will be 56.4per week, including sleepovers sleepovers.
- You will receive 5.6 weeks' annual leave per annum, pro rata.
