Job Description: We are looking for a Stores Person to join us in our mission of delivering quality outdoor products such as log cabins, garden offices, sheds and gazebos designed with care, built to last, and made to make our customers smile!

The Role

This job is based out of our new Cumbernauld Factory – G68 0FS
.

To support the efficient running of the stores and warehouse by ensuring goods are accurately received, stored, picked, and dispatched in line with company procedures. The role involves maintaining a safe, tidy working environment, completing all necessary documentation, and supporting production and logistics operations.

Role Overview
  • Pick, check, and load items for delivery, ensuring all goods and paperwork are accurate.
  • Confirm vehicles are loaded correctly and within weight limits in line with VOSA requirements.
  • Receive, unload, and check incoming goods, placing them in the correct storage areas following established procedures.
  • Issue goods to production and prepare items for collection or dispatch.
  • Receive and store finished goods produced on site.
  • Assist with weekly stock checks and maintain accurate records.
  • Keep the stores area clean, safe, and well-organised.
  • Operate forklifts safely and in accordance with training and company policy.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.
  • Complete all relevant paperwork accurately and promptly.
  • Carry out additional duties as requested by management to support smooth warehouse operations.
