WhatThe Role Actually Involves
This is a hands‑on workshop role combining manual turning with CNC machining, plus general support across the shop floor when required.
You’ll Be Trusted To- Carry out manual turning and CNC machining of precision components
- Work confidently from engineering drawings
- Assemble, inspect and finish parts to high quality standards
- Maintain machines and support wider workshop activities
- Work closely with colleagues to meet production schedules

You’ll Likely Be a Good Fit If You- Have strong manual turning experience (essential)
- Have a good CNC machining background
- Communicate well and work naturally as part of a team
- Manage time, quality and safety without supervision
- Are comfortable using basic Microsoft Office tools
- Are flexible when overtime is required
