Responsibilities- Supervision of staff
- Driving productivity
- Driving improvements in production process
- Cost control of labour, resources, consumables, and scheduling of work
- Control, organisation and monitoring of material flow to produce high‑quality products on time and on budget
- Hands‑on, task‑orientated, with the ability to operate digital presses
- Initiative, confident decision‑maker, methodological approach to all projects
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise work
