Assembly & Test Technician

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Assemblecomponentsandproductsinaccordancewithestablishedworkinstructionsandqualitystandards.

• Configureandbuildcustomer-specificgasanalyzersandassociatedsystems.

• Installsub-assemblies,electrical components,tubing,andpipingwithinanalyzersystems.

• FollowESDandhealthandsafetyprocedurestoensureasafeandcompliantworkingenvironment.

• Perform functional,performance,environmental,andlong-termtestingactivities.

• Verifyanalyzerperformanceanddocumenttestresultsaccuratelyandconsistently.

• Identifyandcommunicateobservations,issues,andimprovementopportunitiestotheproductionteam.

• Createandmaintainmanufacturingandtestingdocumentation.

• Preparefinishedequipmentforshipmenttocustomers.

• Supportcontinuousimprovementinitiativesthatenhancequality,efficiency,andcustomersatisfaction.

• Adhereto Emerson'stradecomplianceproceduresandescalateanyconcernswhenappropriate.

• Contributepositivelytoacollaborativeteamenvironmentandsupportbusinessprioritiesasneeded.

• HNC,HND,apprenticeship,technical certification,orequivalentpracticalexperienceinascientific,engineering,manufacturing,ortechnicaldiscipline.

• Familiaritywithelectro-mechanicalassemblyprocesses.

• Experienceworkinginaregulatedmanufacturingenvironment.

• Knowledgeofcontinuousimprovementmethodologiesandqualitysystems.

• Understandingoftradecompliancerequirementswithinamanufacturingsetting
