Asour Communications Lead ,youwillshapeandbuildourinternalandexternalcommunicationsacrossabroadrangeofinitiatives.

Aspecialistrolededicatedtobuilding,engaging,andconnectingthe"OneAGBarr"community culture,youwillpredominantly(approximately
80%)focusonourinternalaudience-owningthestrategicexecutionoftheinternaleventscalendarandorchestratingrichinternalcontentstreamstodriveemployeeengagement-theremainingportionoftheroleisexternallyfacing.

Inthiscapacity,youwillplayakeysupportiveroleinassistingthe

Headof

Communicationswithexternalmedia,sponsorshipandproductplacementenquiriesandcrisiscommunications.

Actingasthedeliveryleadforcorporatecharitypartnershipsandinternalcommunicationschannels(includingFizzanddigitalscreennetworks),thisroletransitionsthecompanyfrombasic"broadcast"updatestohighlydynamic,strategic community-building.

Thispositionreliesheavilyoninternalchanneldatatocontinuallyadjuststrategies,maximise reach,andprovideoperationalandreputationsupporttothewider

• Channel Management:Manageday-to-daycontentandcommunityengagementoninternalplatforms(Fizzanddigitalscreens) todrivedynamic,two-way dialogue.
• Campaign Delivery:Designandexecutestrategiccampaignsforbrandlaunches,wellbeing,rewardandbenefits,performance,andcompany surveys.
• Agile Messaging:DraftanddistributetimelyBAUupdatesandenterprise-widereactivecommunications.
• Event Leadership:Owntheplanning,logistics,andexecutionofhigh-production events,including
  
  Board sessions,ExColunches,Roadshows,and Wellfest.
• Culture&Morale:Develop culture-building initiatives,colleague gifting,andsocialeventstoboostmoraleandconnectionacrossteams.
• Data-Driven Optimization:Evaluatechannelanalyticstotrackcampaignreach,usinginsightstorefinemessagingstrategiesacrossallUKhubs.
• Partnerships&Impact:Managecorporatecharityrelationships,coordinate group-widevolunteeringinitiatives,andcreatevisualimpactreporting.
• Reporting&Risk:Actas Communications Pillar Lead ,providingmonthlystrategicupdates,risk tracking,andreportingtoleadership.
• PR&Crisis Support:Assistthe Headof Commswithmediainquiries ,sponsor ships,product placement,andcrisismessaging.
• Administration:Overseefinancialworkflows,includingraisingPOs,withflexibilityforperiodicout-of-hourseventsupport.
