Support Volunteering
As a support volunteer, you will make a meaningful difference to the lives of people living with and affected by Motor Neurone Disease (MND). By offering your time and compassion, you will help meet the diverse needs of people and provide vital support during a challenging journey.
Responsibilities- Build supportive relationships and offer a listening ear, helping people access services and support when they need it.
- Arrange opportunities for people to come together, providing chances for them to connect with others affected by MND.
- Lend a hand at events focused on supporting people living with and affected by MND, ensuring everyone feels welcome and comfortable.
- Empower carers by providing information about support available to them and helping bring new, existing, and past carers together.
