We are supporting a well-established and growing organisation with a newly created opportunity for a QHSE Representative to join their team in Westhill on a permanent staff basis. This role has been introduced to support the QHSE Team Lead and reflects continued business growth and diversification. This is a fully site-based position, working a 37.5 hour week with flexible start and finish times.

The RoleThis position covers all aspects of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment, however there is a strong emphasis on Quality within the role.
Key responsibilities will include- Supporting the QHSE Team Lead in delivering QHSE objectives across the business.
- Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of management systems and standards.
- Carrying out internal audits, ensuring compliance and identifying trends for improvement.
- Supporting the development and tracking of QHSE KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Assisting with incident, accident and near miss investigations.
- Conducting risk assessments and COSHH assessments.
- Maintaining company registers and QHSE documentation.
- Supporting the development and delivery of QHSE strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Assisting with external audits and compliance requirements.
- Providing QHSE guidance and support to Managers and Supervisors across the site.
- Managing and liaising with contractors on site.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of emergency drills.
- Keeping up to date with regulatory changes and industry best practice.
- Contributing to a proactive safety and quality culture across the organisation.
- Experience with in a QHSE role.
- Strong understanding of Quality systems and processes.
- Keen to develop across all aspects of QHSE.
- Motivated to grow and evolve within a developing role.
- Able to work effectively in a site-based environment.
