Overview

Addison Project plc is seeking a skilled SHE/HSE Manager to lead safety and environmental oversight on a live site. You will ensure CDM compliance and adherence to client standards while coordinating with project teams. Based at our client site in North Lanarkshire, you will review risk assessments, perform audits, produce weekly/monthly reports, and support incident investigations, contributing to safe, compliant project delivery across UK manufacturing and process sectors.

Responsibilities

Lead safety and environmental oversight on a live site to ensure CDM compliance and adherence to client standards.
Coordinate with project teams to integrate SHE/HSE requirements across UK manufacturing and process sectors.
Review risk assessments and method statements to verify adequacy and compliance.
Perform audits and inspections to identify hazards and track corrective actions.
Produce weekly and monthly safety and environmental reports for stakeholders.
Support incident investigations and contribute to learning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Experience in SHE/HSE management, with a focus on safety and environmental oversight on live sites.
Knowledge of CDM regulations and client standards is desirable.

Location

Based at client site in North Lanarkshire, UK.
