* PLC house builder to appoint a Pre-Development Manager in North Scotland. The role leads the progression of residential sites from land acquisition through planning, technical approvals and into construction start, reporting to the Development Director.
You will own projects from securing a site through pre-development, coordinating internal teams and external consultants to meet programme objectives and drive schemes forward efficiently.
The Residential Pre-Development Lead position in the Engineering field is open for applications.
