Chef de Partie - Hotel - Straights - Plenty of Early Shifts

A Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie is required for a 120 bedroom 4
* star hotel in central Birmingham. This hotel has state of the art conference facility’s as well as a stunning a ’la carte restaurant.

You will be working with fresh, seasonal and local food where menus are developed on site with your input! This hotel prides itself on offering work life balance to its fully staffed kitchen brigade. You will be working a selection of early shifts and late shifts however when on a late shift the finish time is around 9pm!

• Full Time 40 Hour contract
• £28,000 - £29,000
• Easily accessible in central Birmingham
• Fully staffed team
• Asking for a weekend off is not out of the question here
• A mixture of daytime and late shifts (7am – 3pm and 1pm – 9pm)
• Straight shifts
• 8 hour shifts
• Closed over Christmas
• Fresh, seasonal and locally sourced food

You will learn and develop here with being exposed to a mixture of banqueting and also restaurant service.
