A luxury hotel in the Scottish Highlands is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to assist in running their kitchen. The role involves working closely with the Head Chef, managing kitchen operations, and leading a team. Ideal candidates will have a strong culinary background, preferably in a rosette kitchen or a 4-star hotel, and a genuine passion for food and customer service.
