Overview
Sales Specialist (B2B - Technical Solutions) – Towercraft UK Ltd, London. Full-time, permanent.
Towercraft UK Ltd is hiring a Sales Specialist to support the growth of our robotic façade cleaning and building-maintenance solutions across the UK. This field-based B2B role involves working with property owners, FM companies, contractors, and consultants to identify opportunities, conduct client meetings and site visits, and manage proposals, demos, and tenders.
Responsibilities- Identify opportunities with property owners, facilities management (FM) companies, contractors, and consultants.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to assess needs and present solutions.
- Manage proposals, demonstrations, and tenders from inception to close.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience (FM, construction, building services, or technical solutions).
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to present technical solutions clearly.
- CRM experience and UK travel availability are required.
