THE ROLEThis pivotal leadership position will be at the heart of fostering deep collaboration with HP and key ecosystem stakeholders, driving mutual growth and shared innovation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, a strategic mindset, and a relentless customer focus, championing AMD's value proposition to both internal and external partners. Mastery in orchestrating go‑to‑market initiatives and translating technical advancements into clear business outcomes will set the foundation for transformative impact across the region.
Success in this role will hinge on the ability to inspire cross‑functional teams, nurture high‑value relationships, and develop robust go‑to‑market strategies that unlock new opportunities across the HP ecosystem. You will be tasked with aligning regional priorities with AMD's global vision—identifying growth levers, eliminating barriers to execution, and ensuring the seamless delivery of innovative solutions tailored to evolving customer needs. A deep understanding of the technology landscape and proven expertise navigating complex partner environments will be essential, as you champion collaborative business planning, joint marketing initiatives, and strategic account development to accelerate mutual success.

- An established background and relationships within the EMEA systems Eco‑System (MNC, Key VARs / SI)
- Success in growing the sales of complex system level solutions through channel partners in both large enterprise and SMB customers.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with cross‑functional teams external within HP sales, category & marketing leadership functions.
- Able to coach team members to develop joint partner annual plans to collaboratively grow our business with a regular review cadence and agreed KPIs between AMD and HP.
- Experience successfully managing large marketing budgets to maximize the ROI and impact of every marketing dollar.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with cross‑functional teams at both Global (BU, GAM) and regional level (field sales, field engineers, marketing, finance, operations).
- Comfortable presenting to different audiences; customers and business/partner executives.
- Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Program direct AMD agency on Project Ascend to achieve 3‑year goals.
- Coach and lead EMEA HP GAMs to meet AMD AOP goals.
- Understand HP and their business partners’ business goals, cultivate relationships and manage expectations to mutually aligned business goals with AMD.
- Educate HP on AMD technologies and solutions; may be brought in by partners to help sell AMD technology in OEM products to end customers.
- Create and implement sales and marketing programs to grow AMD's business within the Top EMEA VARs & SI community.
- Build and cultivate direct relationships with key HP CEP and HPSMB channel executives.
